End User License Agreement & Terms of Use

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING JBIGS TV. BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

1. What JBigs TV is (and is not)

JBigs TV ("the Software") is a media player application. The Software does not provide, host, sell, distribute, or include any television channels, movies, series, streams, or other media content of any kind. The Software contains no built-in playlists, channel lists, or content sources.

To use the Software, you must supply credentials for your own IPTV service ("Provider"). Your Provider is entirely independent of, and unaffiliated with, JBigs TV and its developer.

2. Your responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for the Provider and content you choose to access through the Software. You represent and warrant that any service or content you access via the Software is properly licensed and lawful in your jurisdiction. The developer of JBigs TV has no ability to monitor, control, or verify the legality of third-party services, does not endorse any Provider, and accepts no responsibility or liability for how you use the Software or for any content you access with it.

Accessing copyrighted content without authorization may be illegal in your country. If you are unsure whether your Provider is properly licensed, do not use it.

3. License grant

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and, for Pro features, to an active subscription or lifetime license purchased through our payment processor (Stripe). Pro licenses may be used on a limited number of devices (currently 3).

4. Subscriptions, payments, and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via Settings → Manage billing; your Pro features remain active until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Updates and availability

The Software may download and install updates automatically. Pro features require periodic online license validation; extended offline use may temporarily revert the Software to the free tier until validation succeeds. The developer may modify or discontinue features at any time.

6. Privacy

The Software does not collect or transmit your IPTV Provider credentials to the developer. License validation transmits only your license key and an anonymous device identifier. Feedback you submit voluntarily includes the information shown in the feedback form. See the full Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT IT WILL WORK WITH ANY PARTICULAR PROVIDER.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE ACCESSED THROUGH IT. THE DEVELOPER'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Software, including your choice of Provider and any content you access.

10. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. Upon termination you must uninstall the Software.
